Who knew learning could be so exhausting??? We are really working hard at school these days. We are spending a lot of time getting to know one another - how many boys and girls are there? how many is that all together? how do we get to school? how old are we? what kind of foods do we like? how are we the same? how are we different from one another? is it okay to be different? The list goes on and on..... The children are getting used to the idea that we are a school family. We will be spending lots of time together and we need to figure out how we want to be treated. What will our rules be? What are the things that are important to us as a group? How do we deal with problems? It takes a lot of time but, down the road, it will help us be successful the rest of the year.
